How to activate your line on Reach

We’ll use this to contact your carrier about bringing over your number and get you live on Reach!
PIN
In order to transfer your number to Reach Mobile, you will need to provide a PIN (also called a Transfer PIN, Port-out PIN, Security PIN, etc.) either self-created or generted by your current carrier. If a PIN is not provided, use 0000.

1. How long will it take?
Typically, this takes between 5 minutes to 2 hours. Any longer and we'll contact you.
2. Will my phone still work during the switch?
Yes, your current service will continue to work until your number transfers to Reach.
3. Multiple lines?
Additional lines can be activated once your activation is complete.
4. When should I put in my SIM?
Turn on push notifications so we can tell you when to insert the SIM card.
